You can help Resourcesys, a friend, and yourself by referring an external applicant for a designated, open position. We are especially interested in professionals who bring strong technical judgment, dependable communication, and experience in production environments.
$250cash award for an eligible referral who is hired into a designated open position, subject to the program terms below.

Referral award

An eligible employee may earn a one-time $250 cash award when an external applicant they refer is hired into a designated, open Resourcesys position and satisfies the applicable program requirements.
- The referral must be submitted before the candidate is already active in the applicable recruiting process.
- The candidate must identify the referring employee when contacted by Resourcesys.
- The award is paid only after the applicable hiring and employment conditions are satisfied.
- Resourcesys may update the list of designated positions and program terms; questions about eligibility should be directed to HR.
Please do not share confidential client information, sensitive personal records, or a candidate’s résumé without their permission.
